Staff is hit or miss. The last who checked me in was extremely rude, but others are friendly. Water doesn't get hot, my bath tub doesn't plug and the shower head sprays half the water. Mattress"s are brand new, pillows are great. My room was clean. It has a fridge with a seperate freezer, and a microwave. Front doors lock at 7 and you need a room key to get in after that. I Chose this hotel because if its location compared to Andrews, but next time I will definitely choose a different hotel that's further away.
Great if you like silverfish bugs crawling on you in bed and stranger's hair everywhere.
Stayed there in June for 3 days & I was very please. The room, breakfast & price was outstanding. Will stay again next year again.
Very nice for the price and location, bed was very comfortable and nice bathroom. Exactly what we needed for the weekend, but a little out if the way and don't expect 5 star amenities. Just comfort for the night.
Wonderful staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was easy to find, the rooms were clean, and the price was affordable. We stayed next to the ice machine, which was loud in the morning, but that is any hotel. A tour bus showed up shortly after we arrived and the ladies behind the desk worked furiously to get them all situated, and they smiled and the whole time! It's amazing what customer service does to help a business look good in a time when many employees could care less. Thank you!
